World and Human Action Model

This paper presents the World and Human Action Model (WHAM), a generative framework designed to simulate gameplay by predicting sequences of game states and player actions. Built on three core principles—consistency, diversity, and persistence—WHAM enables rapid prototyping and iterative development, allowing creative teams to explore and refine ideas efficiently. While the model demonstrates strong potential for supporting design and experimentation, it also faces important limitations that highlight opportunities for further improvement.
